Adidas Employee Store Cardstocks

On a monthly basis, Adidas offers its employees a 50% discount card redeemable at the Adidas Employee Store. These cardstocks are distributed internally and refreshed every month, creating an opportunity to design limited, campaign-driven pieces that reflect seasonal moments, brand initiatives, and visual storytelling aligned with Adidas’ global identity.

As part of this ongoing collaboration, I designed multiple monthly cardstocks, each one exploring a distinct concept, visual direction, and layout while staying within Adidas brand system.

Design Approach

Each month began with defining a creative direction based on:

Seasonal moments (holidays, sports seasons, launches)

Internal campaigns or brand themes (toolkits)

From there, I developed a core concept that guided typography, color, imagery, and composition.

Concept & Campaign Alignment

Front: Exclusive Access

The front design focuses on:

Lifestyle imagery that feels authentic and people-centered

Minimal distractions to let the brand and message lead

This approach reinforces the idea that the card is not just a discount, but an invitation.

The back of the card is designed as a utility surface:

Store location and hours

Validity dates and usage restrictions

A simplified map and QR code for easy access

Hierarchy and legibility were critical, given the small physical format and in-store usage.
