Oakley Eye Hacking Division
Designer at The Program | Figma | 2025
The Oakley Eye Hacking Division (OEHD) is a new initiative designed to help elite athletes optimize visual performance as a competitive advantage.
I collaborated with Oakley to design the first communication touch points of this new program: First, I build a one-pager used to introduce athletes and their managers to OEHD, and then I designed a welcome email system that guides them through onboarding after registration.
I led the end-to-end design and development of the template’s component system, creating scalable components and variants from the ground up.
Together, these pieces define the athlete’s first impression of the program, setting expectations, building credibility, and establishing OEHD as a premium, performance-driven experience from the very first interaction.
One-Pager: First Introduction Moment
The one-pager was designed as the entry point into the Oakley Eye Hacking Division.
It is used during in-person or direct conversations and introduces:
The purpose of OEHD
Program benefits and performance impact
Expected outcomes for athletes
A clear call to action
At the bottom of the document, athletes are prompted to scan a QR code, inviting them to learn more and register for the program.

Email Onboarding Experience
After registration, athletes complete an intake form and release form. Shortly after, they receive a welcome email, designed to deepen understanding and reinforce confidence in the program.
This email experience:
Confirms enrollment and welcomes athletes to OEHD
Expands on the training curriculum and methodology
Outlines long-term results and performance goals
Shares key contacts and next steps
Answers common questions through an integrated FAQ
The email was designed not just as confirmation, but as an extension of the OEHD experience, clear, supportive, and aligned with Oakley’s performance mindset.
The visual language, tone, and hierarchy were aligned across print and email to create a seamless transition from physical introduction to digital onboarding. The result is an experience that feels intentional, premium, and aligned with Oakley’s innovation-forward mindset.
